Christopher S. Wheaton, Consumer Lawyer
Chris Wheaton is an attorney admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts of Minnesota. He is a partner of Barry, Slade, Wheaton & Helwig, LLC. He focuses on representing consumers in all aspects involving their rights under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Chris advocates for fairness in the treatment of consumers and works tirelessly on behalf of his clients focusing on preventing abuses in consumer credit and student loan collections.
Chris lives in St. Paul’s Como Park with his wife and two daughters.
