August 5, 2009 - Pete Barry appeared and spoke in Chicago at the Federal Trade Commission Roundtable on protecting consumers from abusive litigation practices in the collection of consumers debts.  Pete debated issues with several prominent collection attorneys, judges, and other representatives from the collection industry.  The FTC is looking for ways of bolstering consumer protections.  More info may be found at the FTC web page.
