- District Court grants debt collector summary judgment on claim
that it violated the FDCPA when collecting debts from an
unlicensed P.O. Box: "...the Court concludes that a licensee who
merely holds a post-office box does not carry on the business of
collecting debts from the post-office box for the purposes of
[Minnesota collection agency licensing laws]."
