The Wall
The Wall section of our website is dedicated to the proposition
that illegal collection activity and misconduct ought to be bared
to the light of day--instead of hiding behind confidentiality
agreements that do nothing but give collectors a chance to violate
the law again. If we find an interesting letter, or hear an
abusive phone call, it will go up here on The Wall with a short
descriptive note to give the item some context. This is also where
we direct any regulatory authorities or legislators to hear or see
for themselves the illegal conduct engaged in by some debt
collectors.
We respect our
clients' privacy and will never post anything here that is
identifiable to any of our clients without their permission, nor
will we post anything in violation of a court order.
