Feb 12, 2003 Peter F. Barry was admitted to practice law within the State of Wisconsin. Barry was sworn in at the chambers of by Honorable Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. The private ceremony was graciously held in Her Honor's chambers adjacent to the Supreme Court in Madison, Wisconsin.
Feb 16, 2003 1996 Alumni Peter F. Barry has been asked to teach a law class on consumer rights to William Mitchell College of Law students being in the Summer 2003. The course is new one for the law school, national renowned for its clinical programs, and reflects a new initiative and commitment for William Mitchell to a hands-on learning experience in federal consumer rights law.
Feb 2003 Peter F. Barry volunteered as a presiding judge in several high school mock trials as part of the Minnesota State Bar Association Mock Trial Program. Once again, these talented and motivated high school students turned in super-competent and highly polished performances.
